Check the wall pin
Find the white two-disc pin included with your flower. Check that its metal nail is straight.
Position the pin
Hold the rear white disc flat against the wall at your chosen hanging point.
Tap the nail in
Gently tap the metal nail into the wall until the rear disc sits firmly against it.
Check the hanging gap
Check that the pin is secure. The gap between the two white discs holds the flower's loop.
Slide the loop into the gap
Tilt the flower and guide its rear metal loop into the gap between the two white discs. Lower it gently until the loop rests on the pin's neck.
Check and straighten
Keep supporting the flower while you check that the loop is seated securely. Gently straighten it, then release your hands.
Choose the right fixing. Use the included pin on suitable indoor walls that accept nails. Tile, masonry and hard plaster need suitable alternative hardware. The pin leaves a nail hole.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll help put it right. Email support@ceramicaura.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. Approved claims receive a refund or a replacement, subject to availability. Keep the packaging until your claim is resolved.
