1. Shipping Regions
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, bringing our curated collection of home aesthetics to your doorstep, wherever you are.
While we strive to ship globally, we currently cannot deliver to active war zones, P.O. Boxes, or certain extremely remote island territories. If our carriers cannot reach your location, we will contact you immediately to arrange a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders are dispatched after successful payment verification.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for dispatch.
3. Estimated Transit Times
Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, the following estimated transit times apply:

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
While we work hard to meet these estimates, slight delays may occur due to customs clearance or local carrier volume during peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend and no additional handling fees at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All Destinations: We are pleased to offer a fully landed cost. All necessary VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees are included in the final price you see at checkout.

There are no hidden fees, and you will not be required to pay any additional charges to your local customs office upon delivery.
6. Multiple Parcels & Packaging
To ensure the safety of our diverse range of products (from delicate ceramics to matcha sets and home fragrances), we may split larger orders into separate parcels. This helps prevent damage during transit. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

For International Orders: To ensure smooth delivery, please use the English alphabet for your shipping address where possible.

We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers) or refusal to accept delivery.
8. Tracking & Notifications
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is created.
9. Damage in Transit (Our Guarantee)
We understand that ordering fragile items online requires trust. We use specialized shock-resistant packaging for all our products.
However, if your item arrives damaged:

Include your Order Number and Photos of the damaged item AND the packaging.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately. You do not need to return the damaged items or broken pieces.
10. Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packing process has begun, we may not be able to intercept the parcel.
